I found out that it was a Tool64.exe and I just went ahead and deleted that file. "insert the wireless usb adapter into your computer" every 10 seconds. My WNA1100 USB adapter disconnect at random - sometimes every few minutes and sometimes, say, once a day. If this works with the regular setup file I have no idea. I used the one in the DRIVER ONLY folder. If you have the drivers, find the setup.exe file to install the drivers. I got it working in Consumer Preview using these steps. I have the same adapter got a blue screen.
